bedshaped.

Kau hancurkan hatinya?

Sebaliknya.

***

Jadi, kenapa kau membaca?

dua dunia

salam alayk' & grreetings.

"Zil, kau tak rasa gema paradoks dua dunia kita?"

"dua dunia apa?"

Fiq hulurkan nota yang penuh tulisan:

1. dunia langit atau bumi.
2. dunia cuka atau gula.
3. dunia Rangga atau Cinta.

Zil ambil pen hitam dan gariskan kesemuanya.

1. dunia langit atau bumi.
2. dunia cuka atau gula.
3. dunia Rangga atau Cinta.

"kau tak perlu risau. mereka memang lahiriahnya bertentangan..."

Fiq angguk kepala.

"yang kau perlu risau ialah dunia digital yang tak diimbangi. dunia digital yang so-sial. dunia yang diciptakan paralel dengan yang real.."

kening kanan Fiq terangkat disertai ekspresi bengap kuriyes.

"kau tak perasan kawan-kawan kita cuba menjadi orang lain di mukabuku?"

"Si Pandir cuba menjadi Hang Nadim,
William Hung cuba menjadi Ricky Martin,
komunis cuba menjadi Islamis...
semuanya pelapis keyboard warrior..."

Fiq diam.

"terlalu asyik bersosial sampai kita lupa dunia real"

"dan yang paling aku takuti, kita lupa cara Rasulullah bersosial."

*angguk*

"jadi kau bukan sengaja soalkan perlengkapan wifi di masjid kan?"
Zil tersenyum. (2:43)

Review: The Da Vinci Code by Dan Brown

The Da Vinci Code
The Da Vinci Code by Dan Brown

My rating: 4 of 5 stars

I’ve read Angels & Demons, I’ve watched the arrival and others documentary (relative to the conspiracy theory) of the inside conflict of Christianity as well as i did study at superficial level in comparative religion.

And i found Dan Brown can really hook up all those conflicts into an interesting action-thriller page-turner fiction thereby facilitates all those theories into a simpler study.

And there were more on why it’s popular. It’s the Mary Magdalene's controversial story whom is said to be a close disciple of Jesus, not-a-prostitute and a wife too? controversially interesting for the Christians as well as historians.

The ideas were pouring down at high pace. A lot of facts, a lot of conspiracies ; say the rose line, the knight Templar foundation, the myth of Priory, the Da Vinci’s works, the relation of Disney’s cartoons to the symbol of sacred feminine(eg: snow white, mermaid), the initial idea of the symbol of male and female et cetera, et cetera all in a fiction.

Lastly (spoiler), in the movie, the story of the 2nd cryptex, the London library, the death of remy, and the reunion of Sophie’s grandmother was altered in a way the viewers can still enjoy a good watch. Reading is always better after all.

A very good fiction . Despite of all the facts and theories, it is still a fiction which may be a possible truth in history.

CerKon #1 : kain pelikat

salam alayk'

----------------

Radhi orang bekerjaya. Hidupnya mewah dan selesa. Dia punya perniagaan besar, kereta besar, banglow besar, dan segala yang orang-orang kaya miliki.

Radhi asalnya dari kampong. Dia punya mentality kalau-ke-surau-mesti-kena-pakai-kain-pelikat.

Kadang-kadang dia lupa bawa kain pelikat. Jadi bila dia pakai seluar untuk solat, dia keluarkan segala isi poket letak dihadapannya, dia lebih selesa begitu.

Suatu hari ketika bersolat, dia letakkan segala isi poket dihadapannya macam biasa. Kunci kereta, lighter, dompet, dan juga Iphone 4 tempat dia berjuang menentang khinzir hijau melalui aplikasi Angry Bird.

Jemaah lain terasa tak senang melihat perlakuannya. Dia tersengih sinis. Imam mulakan solat.

“Allahu Akbar”, disambung dengan bacaan Al-Fatihah dan seterusnya.

Radhi turut serta dalam solat. Tapi kali ini dia kurang focus. Setiap kali dibuka matanya, terlihat harta dunia miliknya. Iphone 4 nya sekali sekala keluarkan lampu putih kilau kemilau beransur-ansur di sekeliling penjuru membentuk segi empat tepat. Dia terleka dalam solat.

Jemaah kanak-kanak di saf belakang, Wak Songo disebelah kiri, Nasrin disebelah kanan. Wak Songo dan Nasrin mula rasa menyampah. Solat mereka terganggu, mereka berprasangka buruk terhadap Radhi.

“mentang-mentanglah dia pakai iphone 4, bukan main lagi menunjuk”, monolog Nasrin.

Imam teruskan solat. Usai sujud kedua rakaat pertama, dia teruskan ke rakaat kedua. Semua jemaah mengikutinya.

Radhi mula gelisah. Dia jadi penasaran.

Iphone 4 tidak lagi kelihatan.

Little Miss Ninny - a fiction.

Salam alayk and greetings!

I am about to tell-a-tale you on a story of little Miss Ninny, a childhood story I heard. Or you can call her Miss scatterbrain. She is the person who gets everything mixed up. She just mixed up everything.

Morning in the kitchen she put salt into her milk to make it sweet.

The milk was salty.

Not-so morning in the room she wiped the study desk shiny and the laptop screen wet and poof!

The screen is binned. It had to.

Evening in the living room she wanted to watch television program, but turned on the radio, and then slept.

The radio listened to her snore.

In the mosque, she run into the glass as if it is the invisible door when she went for prayer's hall from the ablution room.

She collapsed.

Little miss ninny is so ninnyous that she forgets her own foot size when shopping online!

Have you ever heard of anything so scatterbrained like that?

Oops, I just made up the word ninnyous, in fact i have never heard of it.

So, for holiday she planned for some good things. Truthfully she's not very good at organizing holidays.

A year before last she went for playing kite, but ended up with a kite without thread. She can't fly it. Last year, she went hiking without map and compass. This year she was determined that nothing would go wrong. For the sake of perfect holiday, she asked her friends to help her.

Mr. Bers helped to book her accommodation.

Mr. Seyh helped her shop for supply.

Miss Efy helped her pack.

Mr Frew took her to the station.

And Mr. Muscle carried her luggage onto the train.

This time, nothing could go wrong; at least it is what she thought. However, something goes wrong. And that something was Miss Ninny getting off at the wrong station.

Then, she went to the hotel nearby. It was afternoon yet she say

"good morning, my name is Miss Ninny"

The receptionist looked down his list, but none of the booking matches the name. And of course there wouldn't be. She was in the wrong town so she had to be in the wrong hotel.

"That's odd” she said, as she walked out.  "Never mind, I’ll go to the beach."

The next person she met was asked where the beach was.

"Sorry, there's no beach nearby," came the reply.

For the second time that day “That's odd."  Anyway, she had her holiday.

A week later, she met her friend Mr Bers.
"Hello how's your holiday?"

"I enjoyed it, want to see my photos?" Miss Ninny showed her holiday snaps to Mr Bers.

Not surprisingly, Mr Bers was rather surprised.

"That's odd. Where did you go?" he asked.

"It was a wonderful place"

"I know, I booked it for you. You went to Berseyh"

"No," said Miss Ninny,

"Hmmm lemme think, oh, I know, it was Sessogo!  I should have guessed," smiled Mr Bers.

"By the way, did you get my postcard?"

"No, but I did get your postcard meant for Mr Seyh," chuckled Bers.

"That's odd," said Miss Ninny.

But I don't think there's anything odd about that, do you?!

“There are things which we feel to be good and true, though in the cold light of reason and calculation many things remain incomprehensible and dark. And though the society in which we live considers such actions thoughtless, or reckless, but I don't ”

People have spoken their mind.
